Feb 13, 2016 · PPS : if you really want to play it with a controller, you can buy Fable Anniversary, it support controller and is the exact same as lost chapter (+achievements, steam cards, workshop etc), but it doesn't look good, it's almost horrific what they did to the game

I want to play Fable: The Lost Chapters for PC with my Microsoft Xbox controller (has USB), so I downloaded Xpadder and set up the controller, seems to work, it will move the mouse pointer. My problem is when I start the game up it goes to fullscreen and my controller won't move the pointer.

Yea, but they're releasing "The Lost Chapters" on Xbox as well but for only $19.99 instead. I'm thinking I'm going to get that for two reasons, Gamepad support and the cheaper price. I don't want to pay $49.99 for something I can get for $19.99, which I'll enjoy more. Sure, I do want the higher res, but I want gamepad support more.
