Mar 02, 2011 · I'm migrating some people away from Exchange 2010 Archive Mailbox to Commvault Archiving. Archive Mailboxes that do not have system files or read receipts in the exported PST from the Archive Mailbox seem to archive fine. However, Mailboxes with a large number of read receipts seem to crash Commvault.

All other servers backup fine however the Exchange incremental backup with granular restore enabled passes all initial start tasks but when the actual backup copy starts it hangs until cancelled.
