He responded to me on a Saturday (that was a surprise) and asked me for the ticket number and tried to reassure me how he’s committed to good customer service. I responded with the ticket number, and then….silence. After 15 years of playing Everquest titled games, I think I’m done when my current sub runs out, and that makes me sad.
