Mar 29, 2015 · In light of the Art and Graphics Panel at Fanfest that revealed that temporal anti-aliasing is coming to EvE, will we also be able to see alternatives to the AA technique currently used in EvE? Unless I'm mistaken, the AA currently in the game is post-processed. It would be cool to have an option for native alternatives, like MSAA.

Dec 11, 2008 · Yes since EVE Online officially doesn't support Anti-Aliasing, then you can't activate Anti-Aliasing ingame, so you have to enable Anti-Aliasing in the graphic card driver settings. Yes, running with everything on max will take your FPS alot down. I think i had around 12-16 FPS on sisi last time on sisi in space.

My ati card comes with a program called catalyst control center, I can use it to set settings for each program differently. So I can select the EVE program and force my graphics card to use anti-aliasing for EVE alone, even if the in-game graphic options don't allow it …

Dec 02, 2007 · The radeon x1x00 and hd2x00 series also support it, I think the 7900 series does but I don't remember. If you can't enable it in more conventional eve ways, some people have had success in other games by using the oblivion HDR+AA fix, sometimes even renaming the game exe to enable the driver-forced AA in the game.

Nov 13, 2008 · I see lots of topics going now where many peoples can't get the Anti-Aliasing and the HDR to work at the same time on ATI cards that support Shader Model 3.0. But if your running EVE with Premium graphic, you should be able to run it with AA and HDR at the same time. Like you can with Fallout 3 for example.
