    Mar 03, 2015 · NTFS doesn't work with ESXI 5 pass through and yea sadly exFAT was the first format I tried before downloading a FAT tool and trying that also. Thanks anyway, all good suggestions :-) I'm just about to try a seagate Goflex, USB 3,0 2TB drive, will report back findings.
