Oct 02, 2014 · This virtual machine is configured for 64-bit guest operating systems. However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host does not support Intel VT-x. I've tryed the 64-bit processor checking tool , And it successfuly said that my host is capable of hosting 64-bit guest operating systems. Any Ideas on How can I get it to work ?

The downside to this is that 64-bit VMs will fail to start up as documented in this KB article hence why both VT-x and RVI are ESXi requirements. The assumption is made that many VMs deployed nowadays will be running a 64-bit OS of sorts.
