Solved: Are we working on a patch for this? ... well i can confirm the github drop does work on the ea9500, velop, ea7500 and the wrt32x. they are all at risk right now. and the firmware can be injected so it cant truly be updated.

Oct 17, 2017 · Thanks chadster. Do you work for Linksys? It should just be a software fix. It's a key management and setup protocol issue and I can't think of anyone who would put that in hardware, unlike the actual encyption which almost certainly uses hardware support.
