Aug 12, 2015 · I have a sata disk reader on my esata port. Windows 10 has not recognized it since the beginning. I am presently on build 10074. I can take a disk that reads fine on my usb reader and put it in the esata device and I get nothing. The device is not even shown in the device manager. If I run the hub as a usb device, it works perfectly.

Dec 10, 2019 · I searched the forum but couldn't find anything newer than 2012. I have a Hopper3, which I'm pretty sure has an eSATA port on the back. I'm thinking about replacing my old 500GB EHD with a shiny new 2TB drive, and there's a $34 difference between one with eSATA and without.
