I asked Daybreak Games VP of Customer Service Brad Wilcox if he had any comment on recent reports that Phone and Live Chat support had been terminated, long ticket times, and policy changes such as CS staff declining to progress broken quests or assist in the process of voting in a new guild leader to an EQ2 guild that had lost its original leader.

Dec 20, 2006 · Select the In-Game support tab as if you were entering a customer service request, and fill in the appropriate information including game product. Under category, select ‘Submit Feedback’, and your ticket will be sent to Customer Support for feedback collection.

I'm trying to recover an old account, and sent an email to customer service through the daybreak website a week ago without a response. Does anybody know of the number for customer service? Google supplied a 858 area code number that seems to be permanently busy.
