Dec 19, 2017 · Hello The microsoft help and support window on my windows vista home premium doesn't show the pictures or photos or the arrows , it only show TEXT !! and the pictures or other graphics have been showed as small red cross or just an empty small box ! it happened when i connect to online help first time , but after that i try online help and offline help in settings part ,but doesn't work !
