Yea you do. I read a post online that someone had this problem and after they couldn't resolve the problem after contacting tech support, they decided to go with Virgin Media. So they started the contract with them and paid Virgin Media. However, their contract with Eir wasn't finished so they were still pressured to pay for their broadband.
