I have a Dell Latitude C-840 Laptop, Bios A13, and replaced the CD Rom with a Pioneer DVR-K16 drive. The CD Rom section works 100% but the DVD does not. The PC does not even recognize the DVD part. Any help appreciated. I am running windows xp pro.
