I believe it is. As the DvbSupport Installer has only three options. PotPlayer Files (Core), Live File, and Localization Files. If you look carefully will notice that Mini is the Core, XP not quite sure (windows XP maybe), but PotPlayer64.exe is Live files I believe I read in some forum.
