Migration from IBM DS3500 storage looks very promising with arround 200-250MBps write transfer on v7000. But after migration SvMotion between two v7000 LUN's dissapoint it me. I google a little bit and found similar cases linked with VAAI and hardware acceleration. Yes, all v7000 Datastores have hardware acceleration support, but it's not usable.
