Apr 29, 2011 · OSM 7.0 use Saxon as XSLT parser as far as I know. Upon installation you can see it that Saxon B 9.1 is a required 3rd party software. I have raised an SR to Oracle on this issue and they answered that OSM only supports XSLT 1.1 and the lack of support for XSLT 2.0 was a know bug.
