May 09, 2016 · I didn't test it on Windows 8.1. The confusing part is that documentation does indicate difference between Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 implementations. It simply says that Windows Phone 8.1 is supported but there is no remarks that Windows Phone 8.1 does not support FTP part. I believe that it must be noted in documentation.
