May 10, 2014 · You need to have the 98SE drivers loaded. Then since Windows 98 has no support for USB sticks You need to find a driver. Actually Anything that is USB and plugged into the Windows 98SE computer will need proper drivers. Windows 98SE USB support was barely there.
