You definitely need to speak with your OB. I was on 1/2mg once daily of Klonopin and my OB said I absolutely should not be taking it. Your OB will know your medical history and will be able to weigh whether or not it will be more detrimental to you to go off the drug than it would be to the baby for you to stay on it or if there may be a substitute you can take.
