Jun 18, 2014 · Windows 7 Recognises CDFS CD But Won't Run Its Contents I have been having difficulty accessing the files on a CDFS formatted CD-R, on my Windows 7 (SP1) laptop. The DVD drive recognises the disk, and even shows its logo, but if I try to open it to view the contents or try to autorun the disk nothing happens.
