Jul 09, 2010 · I realize this may be more of an issue with HP's development side versus Microsofts, however with the complete install of the application, it also provides playback codecs for blu-ray. I tried going through Windows Media Center to view it and it states that I still need to install the correct codecs.

Dec 07, 2016 · BLUF: Unable to get Blu-ray video playback. AMD R9-290 with 15.7.1. Arcsoft TotalMedia Theater 6 & Cyberlink PowerDVD 15. The program is on the preferred display and I've tried all compatibility settings. I've been unable to get Blu-ray video to playback in either program. There is audio but video will not appear.
