Hi, it is possible to watch 3D with the Live Hub, however in order to watch in 3D don’t forget to press the 3D Mode on your TV’s Remote control and also of course to turn on your active glasses after pressing the 3D mode on your remote, (some glasses turn on automatically when the TV goes into 3D mode and some glasses are passive so no need to turn them on)

There are a few different formats that are 3-D that will work on a live hub, as long as the TV can convert it to the TV’s 3D on its own. For example Stereoscopic 3D side-by-side images. As far as the Live hub is concerned, they are just whatever graphic format you save them in.

Full Frame Packed 3D Resolution 3840x1080 is Not Supported X (WDTV does not support it, most probably due to extra processing power required of the CPU / GPU . and the design specs of the Sigma Chipset) Depending on the Brand and Age of your 3D TV … older TV’s you have to manually switch to the 3D Mode your require.

Mar 29, 2016 · WD Live can play 3D: SBS (side by side), O/U (over under or top bottom). You have to select the proper option in your TV menu to see one image instead of 2. WD can't play frame packed 3D (full bluray ISO's of 3D discs) which is the same as when Bluray players play 3D discs.
