Aug 15, 2017 · I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble connecting your Nintendo Switch to your network. You're right that the Nintendo Switch does not support WPA-PSK (TKIP), but it does support WPA-PSK (AES). Apr 20, 2012 · No, the DS does not support anything other than WEP encryption unfortunately. It simply will not work with WPA/WPA2. You can either switch your router to WEP temporarily, which is annoying and sounds like not really an option with your roommates, or set up a second connection. There are a few options for doing this.
