The Treo Pro does allow me to upgrade phones without changin plans but I DO NOT WANT windows mobile. The Palm-Pre has an easy migration of data from the existing Palm's and can run existing software through an emulator. Sprint says that my plan is not compatible with the palm pre.

I own a Palm Pre - it's a great phone, but has been beat up a bit and I will be happy if it makes it the end of its 2-year cycle.
