SharePoint Server does not support joins, but the CMIS 1.0 specification does. Non-SharePoint CMIS repositories may support joins in their CMIS query implementation. All repositories that support CMIS query do support sorting, selecting which properties to return, and paging.

I have activated the CMIS producer (and consumer) in the site I'm interested in. However, I'm struggling to find a URL that my WCF client application can use to query the site using CMIS. Does any documentation exist for CMIS in Sharepoint 2010? I have hunted around but not found anything. Alan.

Microsoft SharePoint on premise (2010 & 2013) supports CMIS for searching documents though limited to library level. But I have doubts regarding OneDrive files. Though OneDrive is hosted as SharePoint MySite, these documents are not accessed through SharePoint library.
