I called it the "bridge" that allows one to go into Quicken and easily download bank transactions right into Quicken. With the help of someone from our I.T. Dept here where I work, I was able to download from my bank into a CSV file and convert that from CSV to a QIF file (using a QIF converter), and then I was able to import that into Quicken.
