(at least my version) You can however create it, create the image, then BW mask from it, save both and in other graphic program use mask on the image. Jul 25, 2011 · Microsoft Paint does not support transparent background. In my opinion, Microsoft paint is a very well designed application - even compared to Photoshop, GIMP and Paint.NET. Its problem lies in a few missing key features such as transparent background, a smudge tool, a color erase tool, the ability to set the resolution of a new image, etc.
