Feb 18, 2010 · The reason Windows Media Player doesn't play your videos files is because MPEG-4 is not one of the video formats supported by Windows Media Player. What you can do to make sure that recordings are viewable in Windows Media Player is to convert them to .AVI or other support video format. For conversion you would need a video converter.
