Nov 03, 2014 · Silverlight 64-bit only supports in IE9 of Windows 7 sp1 and it doesn't support in windows xp sp2. So i suggest you unintall previous 64-bit silverlight plug-in and install the latest 32-bit version of silverlight from below link
