Oct 04, 2011 · Another reason to use NeoOffice, Word under Tiger still doesn't support Arabic and NeoOffice lauch is twice faster on my iMac ! FYI. Justified Arabic text support was added to Neo/J for all Mac OS X version by some fixes that I made in one of the last few Neo/J RC patches.

May 05, 2011 · all that being said I found neooffice quite essential for its persian support (which I found lacking in microsuck office. I think openoffice too has the mentioned support which is invaluable for non-english users, who happen to be on mac.

Sep 17, 2015 · Office 2016 for mac Does Not Support Arabic or (RTL) Hello all, I have been waiting so long for the next version of office for mac, and once again Microsoft is dropping the support for RTL languages. I could not find a reason for that as it can edit any arabic file without any issue.
