Ensure that you download the R2 release of 8.3, not the std 8.3 release. I beleive I found the real R2 release of 8.3 via a BL460C blade, and choosing Windows Server 2008 R2 as the OS. In order to fulfill the pre-req errors, make sure that you have installed SNMP feature on Windows 2008 R2 OS.
