Dec 17, 2002 · the whole CD+G stuff is suspicious. i've read before that many drives claim to be able to do CD+G but actually don't. InfoTool's answer is incorrect. reportedly the only drives that acutally DO do CD+G are Yamahas and Plextors. try searching around the forum, cfitz investigated this issue about a month ago and posted some stuff about it.

Ok. I know which software I need to burn a CD+G karaoke CD. I know I can use Nero Info Tool (I have Nero 8) and it will tell me if my burner is capable (which it is not). I need a DVD Burner that can burn CD+G discs but the only way to find out is to buy a Burner and run Nero Info Tool on it.

Apr 23, 2003 · i have a Karaoke CD, & i wanna make a copy of it.. but the problem is. my dvd drve ( aopen 1648A ) thinks its a AudioCD. same thing with my burner ( LG GCE-8320B ). I think the burner doesnt support CD+G.. but is there a way to copy these Kareoke CDs!! thank you!!
