No, As of now none of the linksys routers supports IPv6 technology. But they are compatible with it. If you have a IPv6 protocol installed on your computer then this router will work with it.

The WRT610N does not support IPv6. But that doesn't matter. IPv4 isn't gone. And won't be gone. At least for a very long time. And as long as you don't need a site which is only accessible through IPv6 it won't matter anyway. And even then, Windows supports various IPv6 tunnels which allow your computer to use IPv6 even though your router doesn't.

The Linksys Router can Support and Work on IPv6 Protocol, But it dosent have any Settings to turn it off on your router. Thats you can do it on your Operating System. Go to Start - Control Pannel - Network Connections - Right Click on your Local Area Connection / Wireless Network Connections ( Which you need to Disable IPv6) - Properties and Uncheck IPv6 Stack and Click on OK.

To be fair, in the product sheet for WRT610N it does not say that it supports IPv6 in any way, and I did take it as a bonus that it did in fact work out of the box, which is why I recommended it to all my friends. I looked at OpenWRT for support, although it does seem that it is still a long way to go (lack of wireless support).

If you wish to make your Internal Network work with IPv6, Then you need to use IPv6 protocol on your Computer and configure your Internal Network to work with IPv6 protocol. Your Router will support and work with IPv6 Protocol.
