Aug 19, 2010 · Obviously Win 7 was released without chipset drivers to support dual cpu's if it is a chipset problem. It is definitely an OS problem, and therefore one which Microsoft is responsible for, as I have SUCCESSFULLY installed on this system, with the exact same configuration and BIOS settings, both Ubuntu 9.10 and OpenSolaris 2009.6.
