Since the Linksys does not support CDP the phone will not receive the voice vlan info. You could try conneting the phone to a trunk port on the Linksys and select the vlan to use for the pc.

The Linksys switch does not support CDP. The switch cannot configure the IP phone for the voice vlan. As you wrote and I did before you can only set a port in trunk or general mode.
