Re: install Windows 7 on Lenovo t60. Your system should run either 32 or 64bit windows seven, but I'd recommend upgrading your ram to 3GB, which is the most your system will support. Win7 runs much better on 3 then it will on 2.

Windows 7 driver support for T60(p) Im a happy owner of a Thinkpad T60P, 2007-8LG model. However, im getting much tired of Windows XP and want to use the upcoming Windows 7 OS, but im a bit unsure if there will be any driver updates for the T60 models.

Jul 03, 2012 · Re: Windows 7 on a Thinkpad T60. I have been running Vista 64 on a T60P on which I replaced the CPU with a Core 2 Duo. That has to be done with care for the proper heat sinking. I now am installing Windows 7 on a separate HD in the Ultrabay but keeping my Vista 64 for real work.

Oct 07, 2009 · Actually there are no driver for windows 7 for the IBM T60. Dowload and install all " WINDOWS VISTA 32bit DRIVERS " it works fine. I have done it with mine and it is ok.
