Jun 22, 2007 · Best Answer: No. All Pentium 4 Processors do not support, 64-bit operating systems. Intel's 64-bit processor is now known as Intel® 64 Architecture. It was earlier known as Intel® Extended Memory 64 Technology, or Intel® EM64T. So, if the processor comes with an EM64T label, it would support a 64-bit operation.

May 16, 2015 · Pentium 4 HT should be supporeted in Windows 10 x64. It would be nice if Windows 10 supports Intel Pentium 4 640 3.2GHz. Currently, Windows 10 tech preview x64 doesn't support Pentium 4 640 3.2GHz. It is x64 and runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit well. It is Hyper-thread Compatible, supports Intel Speed-Step Technology.

Feb 25, 2015 · Re: 32-bit or 64-bit? The 3.06 GHz Pentium 4 comes in a 32 and a 64 bit version. If you can't provide more information as requested above you could just try a 64 bit ISO and see if it works.
