My advice to you would be to not go for a Celeron in the first place. And don't downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade to Windows 10. Preview or not, its much better than 7 and 8/8.1. If your processor is x86_64, then install 64-bit only. Its 2014 now, x86_32 OSes and software are going the way of the dodo.

May 31, 2010 · But I dont recommend it much since intel celeron is designed for lite applications that means it can only handle few things and might cause your windows 7 to be slow. Celeron is slower thanthe other more expensive CPU. That is why celeron is usually used on Linux-based systems or Windows xp since they are light weight Operating Systems....

Feb 17, 2017 · I have a Dell 7400 machine with Intel Xeon X5450 3 GHz processors; it is running Windows 10 1607, 64 bit version. Can't say the road going from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on it has been the smoothest experience; but it was possible on this particular machine; with a Xeon processor.
