Jan 29, 2003 · I don't think you can get support past the age of majority in CA. You can probably get an increase tho if you haven't been for a review in 8 years. Your spouses income, nor your ex's spouses income, will be considered during support calculations, but his subsequent children may. Perhaps your son can apply for grants and student loans for college.
