    BlackBerry 10 OS does provide some limited support for Emoji in some places, but it is very limited. IE sometimes you might see a graphical representation of certain Emojis in SMS, but they tend to be small and crude. And to my knowledge, there is no direct way to send an Emoji on BB10. (Perhaps with a 3rd-party app of some sort)
