BioShock 2 does not support controllers of any kind on the PC. Force these scrubs to play an FPS the way it was meant to be played: with a freakin' mouse. Why anyone would prefer to use a game controller for a FPS over M&K is beyond me. M&K is so superior that a game controller doesn't even begin to compare.

In a 14-paged (at the time of this writing) thread on the official 2K forums, many PC gamers are voicing disappointment over the lack of support.

Jul 11, 2015 · There is 360 controller support. This was one of the first games I remember seeing have it. Just plug it in and all of te keyboard prompts should be 360 prompts when you run Bioshock.

That's not the rule. The rule is that if a GFW game supports gamepads it must support the 360 controller. It's nothing to do with having a console counterpart. At least that's what I read. "This is definitely the case as other GFW games such as Fear 2 also have console versions but no gamepad support in the PC version.
