In order to fix the DirectX issues, you will need to use NetSupport Manager 7.01 or later and tick the "Enable DVD Support" in the Client Configurator. With regards to OpenGL issues, at present, NetSupport will work with Microsoft's OpenGL but does not support extended OpenGL that is sometimes used by CAD and similar applications.

Feb 03, 2017 · I have the very same issue with my 2016 MacBook Pro 13" (Touchbar). This only happens when a Parallels VM (Win 10) is running. Disabling DirectX is not really a solution as the performance is so bad that I can't really work. I hope you guys get this sorted out quickly, otherwise I have to go back to VMware Fusion...
