Afternoon everyone. What has been everyones career progression from IT/Desktop support (level 1 - 2 type stuff) to where you are now? I have been in this role now for just under 3 years and that added with my previous IT helpdesk role, brings me to just under 5 years experience in "IT Support" becoming a bit of a Jack of all trades, master of none type character.
