Nov 12, 2013 · I am not. It also says "to run the 64-bit version of msvsmon.exe first" and as I said, I cannot. I did find something somewhere saying I need to run it with /noauth and msvsmon does execute then but that does not solve the problem (it appears that VS is closing it and starting another instance with different parameters).
