Dec 19, 2016 · How sad it is when customer support is only available for 4 hours a day. Is this the end of LOTRO? I hope not, as I have logged many hours, across 4 servers and many toons. I enjoy this game very much, but pretty irritated at losing that many turbine points (1 use is 150 tp compared to 675 for a 5 use) for a glitch or whatever you want to call it.

The rub: my subscription ran out recently, while i was in-game, and the game crashed. Now it continually crashes at the login screen when i select the store -- i can't start a new subscription. After a few exchanges (usually with 3-days in between each) they told me that "unfortunately we do not offer a technical support for Mac at the moment".
