(it comes up with an ! in a yellow triangle) I have gone through all of the devices and they say that they are working fine. I have done the directX diag. everything works fine there.

I get this when attempting to use TV card. I have a P4 2.6 Intel 1 GB memory and a ATI radeon 9700 Pro Video card and running XP Pro SP2.

Feb 20, 2000 · I am unable to create a complex flippable surface. The CreatSurface call fails with a -2005532447 return value. How do I translate that into an actual DDERR_SOMETHING so I can figure out why the call is failing? I''ve got everything set up properly that I can see.
