I should also mention Andriy Redko doing some work earlier on directly with Swagger for it to better support JAX-RS annotations and initiating the CXF Swagger project and Aki Yoshida doing a lot of Swagger2 work next. So here you go, WADL and Swagger United in Apache CXF.

My application exposes some of the APIS through REST using CXF implementation. Earlier we were using CXF 2.x and I could see the list of rest resources inside the WADL file. After upgrading to cxf 3.0, I do not see any resource but only endPoint URL. Anyone knows if there has been a change in latest version ? With cxf2.x:

Support for Javadoc In CXF 3.0.0 one can get the Javadoc documentation copied to WADL being = auto-generated at runtime. org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.model.wadl.JavaDocProvider implements org.apache.cx= f.jaxrs.model.wadl.DocumentationProvider and can be set as WADLGenerator "d= ocumentationProvider" property.
