Dec 28, 2017 · Level 1 mechanically read that the ticket is escalated to level 3 and that level 3 will get back to me. But there is no way for me to contact level 3 to see why they are not calling! This is totally unacceptable! I have had my support ticket for half a year and it has been escalated to level 3 a month ago without any word from level 3!!!
