Btw, super disappointed in Netgear's customer service. From my understanding I am still under hardware warranty but in order for them to see if my hardware is defective I would have to pay the tech support fee - which to me defeats the purpose of a warranty. I'd much rather buy a brand new extender for the same price as the support fee would be.
