Dec 07, 2013 · When I run a web page on my desktop with a Java Applet I get the message that my security settings will not allow the applet to run. I am not online and the applet is quite safe. IE11 does not tell me what the security settings ought to be, just that they prevent me from running an applet in a webpage. I have Windows 7 as my OS.
