Nov 13, 2012 · Cluster Disk 0 does not support Persistent Reservation Cluster Disk 1 does not support Persistent Reservation The odd thing is that if I ignore the report and create the cluster everything appears to work fine. I can create VM resources and move them between nodes.

While ONTAP has full support for LUNs configured as cluster resources in a Windwos Server Failover Cluster, the Clustered Storage Pools feature in Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 is not supported becuase it requires a SATA or SAS connection to the disk resource.

Nov 25, 2010 · However, when I run Microsoft cluster validation tests it fails with SCSI-3 Persistent Reservation when it gets to testing cluster disk validity. I've got storage mapped from a NetApp filer. I've searched for solutions but Microsoft seems to point to storage.
